Experiencing Liver or Gall Bladder Problems?

I would start by restricting your diet to light foods, such as fruit, vegetables and grain dishes that move your system easily.  I would start a 2-3 day protocol. Take a herbal laxative the night before you start.  You can use epsom salts, castor oil, teas, juices or broths the day before to empty your tract.

Basic Schedule for Fast

Solid foods are not eaten during the first two days, only drinks every 2 hrs 7x/day
8am. 1/2 cup warm apple juice(fresh pressed) and dandelion tea combine
10am. 2 cups plain apple juice plus ½ cup water
12 noon 1 cup each warm apple juice and dandelion tea combined
2pm- 2 cups plain apple juice, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup fresh pressed beet juice combine
4 pm- 2 cups plain apple juice plus 1/2 cup water
6pm- 1 cup warm apple juice and dandelion tea combined
8pm- 2 cups plain apple juice

At the end of you fast, about 3 hrs before bedtime :

1. Mix and drink 1/4t sp epsom salts dissolved in 1/3 cup warm water. Chew on lemon rind for flavor is (disagreeable)to open the GB ducts. Wait 15 min., then take the following oil drink:

2. Mix 1/3 c olive oil, 1/4 cup cream, 1/3c. Hot apple juice, 1/2 T fresh lemon juice.( drink this down with more hot apple lemon juice if needed.

3.Place a fully castor oil soaked rag to right side, cover with a plastic bag and lay on right side on top of a heating pad for 1-2 hrs

4. Take the epsom salt mixture a second time and begin to drink fresh citrus juices slowly.  (oranges relieve possibly nausea)

This fast starts to work by the next morning.  It cleanses the liver and gallbladder tract of old bile and debris such as gallstones.  The eliminations may show pebbles that range from bright green in color to muddy brown.  The next day, please eat a light fruit & juice  breakfast, a salad for lunch and dinner of fresh soups, salads, steamed vegetables or whole grain rice or millet.

There are other ways but they are more harsh on your body, so this is my favorite recipe!
